To enroll in our courses, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 17 years of age
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• You must have a valid email address and a working phone/WhatsApp number
• You must not have been previously suspended or banned from our platform

Srinidhi Educare reserves the right to refuse or cancel any enrollment at its discretion if the eligibility criteria are not met or if false information is provided.

Upon successful payment and enrollment, you will receive access to the course materials, live session links, and all bonuses included in your enrollment package.

All course fees are stated clearly on our enrollment page. By completing a payment, you confirm that you agree to the listed price and the terms of this agreement.

• All fees are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay — we do not store any card or banking details
• Course fees are non-transferable to another person or course
• In the event of a payment failure, please do not attempt multiple transactions — contact us immediately
• Srinidhi Educare reserves the right to revise course pricing at any time; changes do not affect existing confirmed enrollments

All content on the Srinidhi Educare platform — including course videos, study materials, templates, worksheets, exercises, logos, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Srinidhi Educare and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publish any course content in any format without prior written permission
• Recording of live sessions is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted in writing
• Templates and toolkits provided are for your personal professional use only — not for redistribution or resale
• The Srinidhi Educare name, logo, and course materials may not be used for any commercial purpose without written consent

By enrolling in our programme, you agree to maintain respectful and professional conduct at all times. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing your login credentials or course access with any other person
• Uploading, distributing, or selling any course material obtained from Srinidhi Educare
• Using abusive, harassing, or inappropriate language toward instructors, staff, or fellow students
• Providing false information during registration or the placement process
• Misrepresenting yourself or Srinidhi Educare to potential employers
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the learning experience of other students

Srinidhi Educare reserves the right to terminate access to any student who violates these conduct standards, without any refund obligation.

Srinidhi Educare provides placement support as a value-added service. Please note the following important terms regarding placement assistance:

• Placement support is provided for 90 days after successful course completion
• We do not guarantee job placement, specific salary packages, or employment at any particular company
• Salary figures mentioned on our website are approximate industry ranges and may vary by location, employer, and experience
• Your resume and contact details will be shared with hiring companies only after your explicit consent
• You are responsible for attending interviews, responding to employer communications, and completing any employer-required processes
• Placement support is conditional on you having successfully completed all course modules and the final assessment

Srinidhi Educare reserves the right to modify, update, or restructure course content, session schedules, batch timings, and delivery formats at any time without prior notice, in order to improve the quality of education provided.

• Course curriculum may be updated to reflect changes in Tally software, GST laws, Income Tax regulations, or industry requirements
• Live session timings will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email
• In the unlikely event of a batch cancellation by Srinidhi Educare, students will be offered placement in the next available batch
• Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances may result in session rescheduling — students will be notified promptly

A Srinidhi Educare Certificate of Completion is issued upon fulfilling all of the following criteria:

• Completion of all 7 course modules (attendance and submission requirements met)
• Submission of required practical assignments and projects
• Passing the final assessment with a minimum score of 60%

The certificate is issued digitally within 48 hours of passing the assessment and is valid for lifetime. The certificate is issued in the name provided during enrollment — name corrections after issuance may attract an administrative fee. Srinidhi Educare's certificate is a mark of practical training completion and does not carry statutory recognition under the UGC, AICTE, or any government body.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Srinidhi Educare shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of employment, income, or business opportunity arising from the use or non-use of our courses
• Any inaccuracy in information provided by third-party hiring companies
• Technical disruptions to course access due to internet outages, server downtime, or force majeure events
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services
• Decisions made by employers regarding hiring, salary, or role assignment

Our total liability in any claim related to our services shall not exceed the course fee paid by you for the specific course in question.

Your use of Srinidhi Educare's website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Srinidhi Educare reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify enrolled students by email or via a prominent notice on our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
