We believe in fairness and transparency. Please read our refund terms carefully before enrolling.

At Srinidhi Educare, we are committed to delivering high-quality, practical accounting education. We encourage all prospective students to review the course details thoroughly before enrolling. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

Please Note: "Course accessed" means you have opened any video, downloaded any material, or attended any live session — regardless of how much time was spent.

Conditions for Full Refund

A full 100% refund will be issued only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is raised within 24 hours of your enrollment confirmation
  • You have not accessed any course video, material, or resource
  • You have not attended any live or recorded session
  • Your request is submitted via email to hello@srinidhieducare.com with your enrollment details
  • No bonus materials (templates, toolkits, e-books) have been downloaded
Tip: If you are unsure about the course, we encourage you to attend our free demo session before enrolling. This is the best way to evaluate fit before committing.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in any of the following circumstances:

  • You have accessed any part of the course content, videos, or materials
  • More than 72 hours have passed since your enrollment, regardless of access status
  • You are dissatisfied with the teaching style, pace, or content coverage (we recommend attending the free demo first)
  • You are unable to attend sessions due to personal schedule conflicts or technical issues on your side
  • You found a cheaper course elsewhere after enrolling
  • A discount or offer was available that you were unaware of at the time of purchase
  • You did not complete the course or failed the final assessment
  • Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • You enrolled in error (wrong course) — please contact us within 24 hours in such cases
No Exceptions: Once the 72-hour window has passed or course materials have been accessed, refunds cannot be processed under any circumstances, including personal emergencies. We encourage all students to make a considered decision before enrolling.

How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request, follow these steps:

Attach Payment ProofShare your payment receipt or transaction ID (UPI/Razorpay confirmation)

Await ConfirmationOur team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and communicate the outcome

Refund ProcessedApproved refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 7–10 business days
Important: Refund requests made through WhatsApp, phone calls, or social media will not be accepted. All requests must be submitted via email only.

Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds are credited to the same payment method used during enrollment — UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking. We do not issue refunds via cash, cheque, or alternate bank accounts.

Bank Processing Delays: While we process refunds within 10 business days, the actual credit timeline may vary based on your bank or payment provider. Please allow up to 15 business days before contacting us regarding a pending refund.

Batch Cancellation by Srinidhi Educare

In the rare event that Srinidhi Educare cancels a scheduled batch, all enrolled students will be offered one of the following options:

  • Free Transfer: Move to the next available batch at no additional cost
  • Full Refund: 100% of the course fee refunded to the original payment source within 7 business days

Students will be notified by email and WhatsApp at least 48 hours before a batch is cancelled (except in cases of force majeure). The choice of option must be communicated by the student within 5 days of the cancellation notice.

Double Payment / Technical Errors

If you are charged twice for the same enrollment due to a technical error on our payment gateway:

  • Contact us immediately at hello@srinidhieducare.com with both transaction IDs
  • Our team will verify the duplicate payment within 2 business days
  • The duplicate amount will be refunded in full to your original payment source within 7 business days of verification
Advice: If your payment fails but you see a debit from your bank, please wait 24 hours before re-attempting. Most failed-transaction amounts are auto-reversed by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days.

Course Transfer Option

If you are unable to continue a course due to a genuine reason, we may, at our sole discretion, offer you the option to transfer your enrollment to a future batch of the same course instead of a refund. This is subject to:

  • Request being raised within 72 hours of enrollment
  • No course content having been accessed
  • Availability of a future batch
  • One-time transfer only — no further transfers or refunds will be applicable after a transfer is made

Course transfers are not applicable across different courses and cannot be gifted or transferred to another person.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable rules thereunder. Any disputes regarding refunds that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
