A full 100% refund will be issued only if all of the following conditions are met:

To raise a refund request, follow these steps:

Refunds are credited to the same payment method used during enrollment — UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking. We do not issue refunds via cash, cheque, or alternate bank accounts.
In the rare event that Srinidhi Educare cancels a scheduled batch, all enrolled students will be offered one of the following options:
Students will be notified by email and WhatsApp at least 48 hours before a batch is cancelled (except in cases of force majeure). The choice of option must be communicated by the student within 5 days of the cancellation notice.
If you are charged twice for the same enrollment due to a technical error on our payment gateway:
If you are unable to continue a course due to a genuine reason, we may, at our sole discretion, offer you the option to transfer your enrollment to a future batch of the same course instead of a refund. This is subject to:
Course transfers are not applicable across different courses and cannot be gifted or transferred to another person.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable rules thereunder. Any disputes regarding refunds that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
